Kevin McCormack is the communications director at CIRM, the state’s stem cell agency. The agency was created by voters when they approved Proposition 71 in 2004. It gave the agency $3 billion to fund stem cell research in California. Kevin is here to tell us what they have done with the money and how it’s helped make California the global center of this research.
