 “You are the future of RBUSD,” Boardmember Raymur Flinn told Wesley, an 18-year district employee, including five years as principal of Redondo Union High School, three as principal of Adams Middle School, and most recently, seven years at the district office as assistant superintendent, in charge of human resources.

Our goal is to provide students with a learning environment rich with experiences and opportunities that will help them discover their Ikigai and realize their passion and purpose. Ikigai is the pilot light that keeps our inner flame of ambition burning. We encourage our school community and stakeholders to take a moment to reflect on your Ikigai.
