From Homelessness to Self-Sufficiency
David Prentice is the Assistant Director of Philanthropy for The Midnight Mission, a nonprofit that offers a way to self-sufficiency for the homeless families of Los Angeles. His own experience with alcoholism and surrender helped lead him to his life of service.
Prior to his work at The Midnight Mission David was a Sales Professional for several high end boat/yacht companies. And prior to that he served with distinction in the United States Army’s 194th Armored Division as an Armored Crewman.
He has a Masters level certification in Family & Relationship Counseling, is a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies.
He and his wife Bernadette live in Downey CA with their precious dog Butch, (ask, he always has a picture).
