Jaki Scarcello has spent 30 years listening to and supporting individuals and organizations as a leadership consultant, facilitator, and coach working with Fortune 500 companies in Canada and the United States. She believes that each stage of life has that success in each stage comes from capturing source. Her mission today is to defy gravity and to lift your sagging  attitudes about growing older. Jaki is the author of Fifty & Fabulous! The Best Years of a Womans Life. (www.fiftyfab.com). Jaki lives a nomadic life with two fixed bases - Toronto, Canada and Hermosa Beach, California. Between spells in either home she travels with her husband – a writer and lecturer.
