District Picnic September 20, 2015

Fellowship, fun, food, and the Cougars Paddling Team made for a great afternoon at the District 5280 Annual Picnic held at the Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach.

The selection of food was prodigious everything from hotdogs, steaks roast pig to exotic desserts including Redondo Beach Ice Cream!

 

Our brave team of paddlers Amy Zimmerman and Nora Giralt set forth in their cardboard boat, paddling with great gusto.  Alas, we did not win, but we didn't sink either!
