Saudi Arabian female athlete

Originally born and raised in Saudi Arabia, but now living in America, Alya Alghamdi is known for breaking barriers in her own life through the sport of track and field.  Alya’s love of the sport has inspired her to provide mentorship and resources for all who aspire to play any sport.  She founded “Athletics For All” Foundation, referred to as AFA by Lady A (“AFALA”), to provide the disenfranchised with opportunities to participate and enhance their athletic careers and aspirations.
