Redondo Beach Master Plan Update

Paul Samaras has a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Cal Poly Pomona.  He has worked for 17 years as a professional planner and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).  He is currently employed by the City of El Segundo and holds the position of Principal Planner.  He has a passion for long-range and transportation planning and is currently collaborating with several other South Bay cities to develop common regulations for Shared Mobility Services (bike-share and scooter-share).  He is a Redondo Beach resident and, for the last 12 months, a member of the City’s General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC).
