SPEAKER GUIDELINES
We meet every Wednesday at the Bluewater Grill Seafood Restaurant, 665 North Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, Calif. 90277. It is located on the waterfront in the King Harbor Marina. Meetings typically start at 12:15 p.m. and end at 1:30 p.m, presentations are given from 1-1:30 including time for Q&A. The meetings end on time to allow members to return to work.

Arrive in advance to familiarize yourself with the room and set-up. The room will be available to you at 11:45 AM. Check in at the club's registration desk to obtain a name badge.
A standing rule of our club is that speakers not solicit financial donations for any cause they may represent, or sell anything during their presentation to our club. Rotary International is a charitable and humanitarian non-profit organization. Our club already donates many thousands of dollars and thousands of hours annually to needy projects locally and worldwide; each project is studied and carefully worked into our annual budget.
Please provide the following as soon as possible, this will assist us to promote your presentation to our membership on our club Website. Email the information to our Program Chair.:
- a recent photograph of yourself
- a brief biography of yourself of 50 to 100 words.
- a few sentences about your topic.
Hand-outs are best utilized if left on each table prior to beginning of the meeting; please do so before members and guests arrive.
Duration of presentation is 15-20 minutes with Q&A of 5 minutes
Audio/Visual: The club can provide a laptop, projector and screen. Notify our program chair if you anticipate that you will need these devices for your presentation.
