Mama Hill - Groceries For Families

Mama Hill Helps is a small organization that focuses on neighborhood children in the Watts area.  Providing a safe after school environment for 40 children from age 4 to 18, the children get help with school work, finding jobs, personal growth through tutoring and are fed meals.  Redondo Beach Rotary has been providing funds to Mama Hill to help meet these objectives.

This year we expanded our assistance to help Mama Hill distribute a bag of groceries weekly to the the families most in need.  We fund 5 bags each week at $10/bag.  The bags are prepared by PCI (People for Community Improvement)
