Engages youth in community & international service to develop leadership skills and enable them to grow personally through Rotary. Another objective of Youth Services is to form new clubs of young people who, after they no longer qualify for membership in Rotaract, aren't particularly interested in joining an organization with members old enough to be their parents. Or perhaps they don't have the financial and time resources required by older, more established clubs.
